Some people are not sure what a ” verrine” is..
Well it is simply the french word for a small glass.
You can fill them with sweet or spicy fillings, and serve them as appetizers or as a dessert.

I love the combination of this one with creme de marron, poires, et creme chantilly! In kadewe Berlin. Lenôtre. Perfect!
